The article is titled " The end is near...or is it? " and is dated February 2, 2010.
The verdict is that fear is a factor being played on the crowd and the fear mongers are using dis-information to gain attention for the December 21, 2012 phenom.
The Cauldron and Alexes Spencer article brings up almost every aspect of this round of end time predictions and prophecy.
What do they mention ?
- the Emmerich Doomsday movie
- the Maya calendar
- the crystal skulls
- the earth's magnetic shift
- earthquakes, tidal waves...
- Atlantis theory
- Nibiru
This article also seems to state " listen, we want to protect you against these evil people who would lead you to cults or worst....take your money ".
That is hardly what people like Calleman or Barbara Hand Clow are stating in their theories of 2012 or the age to come. It's a spiritual revival time.
The Nibiru 2003 non event that Cauldron and Alexes Spencer bring up his also bogus disinformation. True, there was hype about a meeting with planet X in that year but it didn't come from the master of the Sumerian legend himself. Zecharia Sitchin clearly states that he believes Nibiru to be on a future orbital path with the earth.
Again Atlantis and the skulls that they mention is loosely based on the ability of amateurs to use sites like youTube or free blogs to present opinions. To truly appreciate Atlantis or the potential behind the Atlantean legend one needs to dig into the works of Edgar Cayce or even Plato.
The article is a cop out...it fails to present the facts of our age of change. Which is why we mention Mother Shipton in the beginning of this piece. Mother Shipton supposedly predicted the end of the world for 1881.
How come the world did not end in 1881 ? Surely Mother Shipton must have been pushing disinformation on society and worst trying to have them join cults or commit suicide.
Think again......the world did end in a sense in 1881. There was a massive paradigm shift happening in this era where the industrial revolution was pushing the American continent to new heights.
It was the end of A world. Tomato tomato.
2012 prophecy is hype by many standards but are you certain that the prophecy is material oriented or solely physical in nature as the Cauldron and Alexes Spencer article would have you believe. Or is it the End of A World and the beginning of a new paradigm.
Sure the 2012 hype can be sickening at times but basically when it comes to who is looking to make money at it or influence people towards a cult mentality then you have to consider the true meaning of the said article.
They are telling you to buy their standard of this phenom. They are telling you to buy into the existing cult mentality where everything is just fine.....and just fine might just mean just fine for us...just don't change a thing....
To support the fact that it isn't necessarily the fringe thinkers who start the @#$%$ from hitting the fan, consider that the next end time hype will likely be the approach of a near earth asteroid discovered in 2004.
Who named the asteroid ? Some well intentioned, well respected, well educated scientist....most likely.
What did they call it ?
Apophis 99942.
Apophis is a legendary evil demon who challenges Amun Ra for supremacy of the earth.
Ask yourself this..........Who threw the first punch ? Was it a fringe thinker, or...........
